The answer is simple. We really know it well and can take you to those special, less-often-visited places where great images can be taken. For example this extensive local knowledge is especially vital in Yala, which has a reputation for being crowded with visitors owing to the park authorities failing in their responsibility to control visitor numbers. This reputation is entirely justified, but what most visitors do not realise is that there are great spots for Leopards and other creatures in Yala that do not involve suffering the crowds. Come with us and you will have a very different and much quieter and more rewarding Sri Lankan safari.

As a destination for either a holiday or for travel photography, Sri Lanka may well be my number one destination. There are just SO many highlights: the beautiful, misty tea plantations in the highlands, the iconic Sri Lanka stilt fishermen at Weligama in the South, the beautiful temple complexes at Anuradhapura and Pollonaruwa, and Sigiriya Rock Temple (the inside of an old volcano) which form the cultural triangle, Adams Peak (Sri Pada) which is a site of pilgrimage for three seperate religions….you get the picture! The list goes on…
